Description

I decided to submit a few of my pictures that I took while in South Carolina so you can see a bit of it's nature.

That day I decided to bike down to a different beach on the island. The light was perfect, and my phone picks up greatly on that light (I don't have a camra, only an iPhone! :XD:) So I got this picture of a group (or flock?) of Pelicans flying over. I thought it came out nicely.

This is a wonderful shot, specially because of how the birds are aligned encourages eye movement. It's clearly one of those shots that you didn't have much time to set up for, but still it seems like you took composition into mind because normally you'd be tempted to pan more to the left, which would have made the volume of the dark area on the lower right unbalance and annoying... but now you've got some balance in the photo.

however I would suggest playing with the volumes, bring some pop to the clouds. (it just need more contrast).

as far as the colours go, you've got a loves dark blue on the left which transitions into a bit of pink on the left, so you could also saturate that very slightly.

Good one though!
