Calypso

I wanted to give Calypso an updated reference, since the one with the lineart for FTB didn't really show how lovely this make is! This is how Caly looks like now. She has gained weight back, and her scars have faded. I am going to be submitting some more art of her soon!
Also, since this lineart turned out so well (well, at least for me it did!) Should I make some adoptables to raise money for FTB with? Let me know if you would be interested!

Problem: Calypso was owned by a very nice ranch, and all the horses received the best care. The horses were well taken care of, but the owners were a bit snobby. Calypso was their finest horse, and was used in Western shows. One day she was out in the pasture when she heard a tractor backfire and shot off. She slammed into the barbed wire fence and kept running for a long while. Eventually she became so tangled that she collapsed and fell. Unfortunately she became so tangled that she was almost strangled to death. Eventually someone found her a few days later and cut the wires. But by then she was so scared that she was terrified of humans. Calypso's own owners refused to take her, since her vet bills would be too high, and she was no use to them anymore. She was sent to For the Better Rehabilitation center, when one of the employers immediately fell for her.
Personality: Before the accident, Calypso was the sweetest, calmest mare at her old ranch. She listened to every command perfectly and wasd amazing at anything western. She had comfortable gaits, and rarely did anything mischevious. Unfortunately, after everything that happened, she is scared of the most simple touch. She is still on the path to recovery, but it is going to be a long one.
